ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Roasted Brussels sprouts

Ingredients:

1 1/2 to 2 lbs Brussels sprouts - rinsed, dried, cut in half, ends removed

several drizzles of olive oil

1 tsp of sea salt

2 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

in a large bowl combine all ingredients. Fold all ingredients together making sure all sprouts are covered with oil.

Spread sprouts onto a baking sheet.

Roast for 40 minutes, Turn over half way through.
