1 ripe but firm avocado scooped out
2 drizzles of extra virgin olive oil
Handful of chopped walnuts (you can sub ANY nut here - I have used pepitas and pistachios and are both yummy)
Pinch of sea salt
2 basil leaves
2 slices of toasted bread or bun
Mash the first 4 ingredients together.
Pile it on your bread and top with basil.
