FitChick Power Balls

Protein balls with peanut butter, gluten free oats, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips.  Vegan and gluten free

Ingredients:

1 cup of gluten free oats

1 cup of peanut butter melted

1/2 cup of raw shelled sunflower seeds

1/4 cup of ground flaxseed 

1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips ( I love Enjoy Life vegan semi sweet)

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients into a large bowl.  Mix until all the dry ingredients are coated and moist.

Roll into balls with hands and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or shallow pan. 

Freeze for 2 hour or up to 2 weeks.  

Enjoy!
