4 handfuls of Arugula
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 ripe mango cubed into 1 inch pieces
4oz of goat cheese crumbled into bitesize pieces
2 handfuls of FitChick granola
Coarse sea salt
juice of one orange
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c Grapefruit balsamic
Chock full of omega 3s and vitamin.
Whisk orange juice, olive oil and balsamic together. Set aside.
Divide all other ingredients equally into 2 salad bowls.
Drizzle with dressing (You can substitute this for any citrus based salad dressing)
