Killer Green Energy Shake

Makes 1 serving
 
2 handfuls of spinach
6-8oz of almond milk or coconut water
1 banana (frozen or room temp)
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 tsp honey

Throw in a blender and you have created yourself the most magnificent meal supplement
